Welcome to my monthly recap! Here I’ll share all the things I loved, bought, watched, listened to and more during the previous month. Since I was gone for most of April I wanted to catch up with you guys and talk about last month before jumping right back into our regularly scheduled blog posts.
Pretty Little Purchases
I’m pretty sure I did the absolute most in April and bought a ton of spring stuff. I felt like I had no good spring shoes aside from the two pairs of espadrilles I’d purchased for my DR trip in February, and decided to remedy that ASAP. I also had a bunch of super cash from Old Navy to use up at the end of the month so I got some goodies from them as well.
Fave Purchases:
I was drooling over this GMG Collection dress for weeks before finally buying it!
These slides will be perfect to throw on with so many outfits in the upcoming months.
Been wearing this romper on REPEAT to bed for like the past week lol. It’s perfect for lounging around the house.
Had to repurchase our favorite face cleanser and a few other goodies for our skincare routines
Rediscovered my old favorite curl-enhancing cream and have been loving it this past month!
Pretty Little Memories
Wow so as you probably noticed I was gone from the blog in April. I was just incredibly busy in April and felt like I was running on fumes a lot of days. However, April started out really great (before I got burnt out). Craig and I celebrated his birthday in Orlando at Universal Studios which was SO much fun. We had the best time and I promise details about this trip are coming to the blog soon! I also participated in a Blogger Closet Sale with 20+ other bloggers in NYC which was a fun experience. Game of Thrones came back for its final season and I’m so glad I decided to binge it in time so I could watch it with my best friends! We hosted a watch party for the premiere and everything, haha. We also spent a weekend down in Philly with family for Easter and had such a great time. And finally to cap off the month, I got to go out to the Hamptons for a catalog photoshoot with my job and help out! It was such an awesome day (albeit exhausting!) and I’m excited to continue to grow in my role and do more exciting things like this.

What I Listened to…
Well since Queen Bey blessed us with Homecoming and Lemonade on spotify (finally!), I had both on repeat for the past couple weeks. I’m not at all ashamed either.
What I Watched…
Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones…have you heard of it? Totally kidding, I’m sure you’ve had enough if you’re on basically any social media haha. So lots of that in April. Plus I’ve been watching Very Cavallari on E!, The Bold Type, and Masterchef Junior.
Where We Ate…
Hemingways
We ate here for Craig’s birthday in Orlando and it did not disappoint! They’re known for their seafood and I can totally see why. I got the shrimp scampi (delicious) and Craig absolutely loved his grilled branzino.
Yara
I ate at this super cute Mediterranean lounge/restaurant that recently opened in Midtown for a blogger happy hour and it was so good! The fresh pita, hummus, and spinach and meat pies were all so tasty. The drinks were also really good!
