My Fall Bucket List for 2017

Tomorrow is the first day of fall! You guys know that I’ve been waiting for this for what feels like FOREVER and I’m so ready to put on all the cozy sweaters and drink hot, steaming apple cider and frolic in the leaves…okay I’m getting ahead of myself. It’s still in the high 70s here in NYC and who knows when it’ll officially be sweater weather, but a girl can dream right? Any who, in preparation for the season I’ve put together a fall bucket list to make sure that I really maximize the season this year.

I feel like every year I’m counting down to fall or Christmas-time, or *insert other exciting time here* and I never actually DO all of the fun things that I imagine. Before I know it, the season is past and it’s time to move on to the next thing. So this year, I wanted it in writing so that I do more things that I literally dream about all year long, ha! Enter my seasonal bucket list. I hope to do these here on PLH for every season going forward. That’s right, we’re talking a fall bucket list, winter bucket list, and spring and summer lists. I know that I’m only 24, but I feel like I need to start really living and making the most of these years, amiright? 1. Have a fall picnic
2. Decorate with fall decor
3. Order a Pumpkin Spice Latte
4. Go to Smorgasburg (Brooklyn food festival) again before the season ends
5. Eat apple cider donuts
6. Bake a homemade pie
7. Go apple picking
8. Go to a pumpkin patch
9. Watch a scary movie
10. Watch the entire Harry Potter weekend on Freeform
11. Watch Hocus Pocus
12. Go on a hayride
13. Drink hot apple cider
14. Bake a pumpkin dessert
15. Try pumpkin spice cheerios/oatmeal
16. Make pumpkin pancakes
17. Visit Central Park & take pictures of the fall foliage
18. Have a cozy Sunday-in
19. Watch football at a sports bar
20. Tailgate at a football game
21. Go to homecoming
22. Vote in local election
23. Attend the Harry Potter Festival in Chestnut Hill
24. Make s’mores
25. Throw a fall brunch
