Boy did I go shopping this month ?I spent probably way too much but I just can’t help myself when the seasons change; I want all the things! Especially when it comes to my fave season, fall. How is a girl supposed to resist all the cozy goods?

Pretty Little Memories
September flew by, but it was definitely a fun month. We started the month with our anniversary trip to Fire Island during Labor Day Weekend, which is the cutest lil beach town you ever did see. We also made it down to Philly to hang out with my family and see my niece’s first cheerleading performance (which was adorable!). And though I ended up not documenting it, we went to a fun pop-up in NYC called The Color Factory. It was basically this interactive color museum from San Fransisco, and was a really fun time! I also got my obligatory cold for the season during September, so glad that’s over with.

What I Listened to…
Oooh I’m excited about this one because September was a great month for music! Call me crazy, but I’m not a huge fan of the young rappers that are out right now (with the exception of my girl Cardi B obviously). So I was super excited that two of my old faves, Lil Wayne and Eminem, both released albums last month and BOTH were so good. So good to have them back. Now just waiting on Kanye who just pushed his album release back two months *face palm*…And before I get any comments about it, I realize he’s problematic. I’m working through it on my own, thx. **another face palm**
What I Watched…
September was a huge month for TV since the summer shows were coming to an end and fall shows were premiering! For someone like me, who watches a ton of TV shows, this was both exciting and mildly overwhelming, haha. But hands down my faves were, Bachelor In Paradise (so much drama!), MasterChef (one of me and Craig’s FAVE shows), Survivor and This is Us, which both premiered last week. I’ve watched Survivor since I was a kid with my mom and cousins, but kind of let it go as a teenager, and picked it back up a few years ago; we’re completely obsessed again. It’s also exciting seeing This Is Us in real time for the first time, since we binged the first 2 seasons earlier this year.
Where We Ate…
Hello Brooklyn
We found this cute local brunch spot and decided to walk over to it on a nice Saturday one weekend. Craig ordered the croissant sandwich and I got the french toast bacon, egg and cheese…so good! Also great fries and bottomless, self-serve mimosas!
Blockheads
I feel like I’ve mentioned this place before but I LOVE Blockheads. It’s a Mexican spot with great quesadillas, guac, and margaritas under 10 bucks— a huge win in NYC. There’s a bunch of locations around the city but I’d say that my fave is the one by Union Square.
